Your Visit
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments may be scheduled by calling during regular office hours. Patients must always bring medications, immunization records, and past medical history. Every effort will be made to provide the earliest possible attention for the convenience of the patient. If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must cancel 24 hours prior to an appointment to avoid a fee. Please make sure you bring your insurance card(s) to all appointments.
We realize that situations arise when you are not comfortable waiting until the next day to see a physician. Our goal is to meet your immediate medical needs, outside of regular business hours, in a timely and efficient manner.
We offer walk-in hours on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Our walk-in physician will only see patients in need of immediate medical attention, with no appointments necessary. We ask that all prescription refills, physicals, regular appointment scheduling and referrals be addressed during our regular business hours. For these types of appointments, we're open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and we also offer convenient evening appointment hours on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays from 5 to 8 p.m.
You will continue to have access to our "on call" physicians through our main office number of (609) 298-2005 as well.
EMERGENCIES
In the event of a life-threatening, medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.
A medical emergency is the sudden and unexpected onset of a serious condition. Examples are chest pain, severe shortness of breath, disorientation, severe illness, or loss of consciousness. If you go to the hospital in an emergency situation, you must notify our office at (609) 298-2005 before going so that we can obtain authorization from your insurance company.
